    • We purchased 10 of these 3 years ago, because we had mature ones at our previous house. Half of them are still alive, but just don't seem to be growing much. The other half died after the first year. They are on the same side of the house with the same type of soil, drainage, and amount of sun. My husband keeps telling me that they are just slow growing, but hardly growing at all in 3 years seems a bit odd to me. We tried contacting the gardening center where we purchased them about the 5 that died and they explained that sometimes these plants can just be picky so it must have been something we did or where we planted them. I would love for the remaining 5 to grow more, but I'm not sure what to do to help them.
