Job Summary
Proven Winners Loudon is currently seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Production team. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of shipments, inventory management, and supporting overall production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management software, data entry, and working with production metrics to ensure targets are being hit. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on Production & Operations.
Essential Functions
- Conduct weekly verification of production crew members attendance
- Perform daily verification of product information: units produced, location, etc.
- Review and communicate scheduled activities
- Review and communicate production bonus reports.
- Work closely with all levels of production and interfacing departments (Human Resources, Inventory Control, Growers, Shipping).
- Notify appropriate departments regarding scanning, locations, posting verification and bonus reporting.
- Complete all other tasks assigned to support the production and shipping team.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision after training.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and cooperate with other team members
- Be proactive and ask questions when uncertainty arises, to clarify tasks and receive clearer directions.
- Return all tools to their proper place at the end of the task or workday and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisor daily regarding task progress.
- Accurately use the time clock to change jobs.
- Demonstrates exemplary organizational skills; ability to perform a daily walk-around to create and then follow a daily task list.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma is preferred, not required.
- 2-3 years working within a Production or Shipping environment preferred.
- ERP Software experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greenhouse or horticulture experience preferred, not required.
