    • I purchased this plant about 5 years ago or so. I wanted a dwarf rose of Sharon, saw this in the pink at a nursery, and bought it. Absolutely a winner (I live zone 6, northwestern Ct). It has bloomed reliably every year, a real treasure at the end of the summer. Easy care, sometimes I cut practically to the ground to make bushier and fuller in the early spring. Comes back as strong as ever. A nice size for my smaller garden bed-4-4/12’ tall, vase shaped and full. Loaded with flowers. Takes sun or partial shade. Have mine with a dwarf caryopteris (blue) they complement each other well. An outstanding plant.
