I enjoyed the plants throughout the spring, summer and fall. I had hoped to collect the root, corm or bulb so I could replant them next spring. Although the words “hybrid” & “annual” do appear on the plant tag (this being my first dahlia purchase) I assumed I could overwinter the necessary root, corm or bulb. After reading the information on the Proven Selections website I find no information about wintering over the plants. I’m disappointed.
